Mobile Release Manager

Job Description

As part of the Mobile Release Management team, you are responsible for publishing our games on Mobile Stores. You will be at the core of the mobile industry and it's ever evolving ecosystem. As a Mobile Release Manager, you will be a key contact all along your portfolio's life cycle: from taking care of the early steps of technical set-up to actually releasing the game to millions of players.

As a Mobile Release Manager you'll handle a portfolio of projects on the following topics:

Planning Management:

• Be point-of-contact for release topics on iOS, Google Play and other platforms, ensuring that all stakeholders have the appropriate visibilities before/after rollout.
• Discuss, create and share planning for each upcoming version taking into account store-specific deliverables as well as monitor delivery timings.

Certification Process:

• Submit our games on different stores (iOS, Google Play as well as other stores as required).
• Coordinate with Producers and Development Teams for each update and gather the required greenlight from each department before submission.

Backend Set-up and Monitoring:

• Handle technical setup: app declaration in the systems, configuration of project features (Achievements/Leaderboards/In-App purchases), etc.
• Upload the new builds and metadata on each backend.
• Provide support on stores' back office and features.
• Monitor Key performance indicators and give the applicable teams the means to optimize their discoverability on stores.

Qualifications

• Release Management will put you in contact with several studios around the world. The successful applicant will have advanced experience in effective written/verbal communication.
• A track record of demonstrating strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Prior knowledge of App Store (iTunes) Connect and the Google Play Console. Being capable of handling a Full App Setup is a plus!
• A demonstrated ability in adapting to changing and complex process'.
• Experience in learning quickly and sharing knowledge with peers and external stakeholders is a must! The successful candidate will be required to stay up-to-date on the latest applicable news and developments to share said findings with the applicable teams.
