Mobile Marketing Artist

POSITION SUMMARY

BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. is looking for a Artist to work closely with all members of the mobile marketing team to deliver high quality art for our mobile game’s marketing activities. Marketing Artist will have excellent digital art & visual design skills to work with a passionate group of marketing leads; artists, and product managers on a wide variety of projects to create creative content for worldwide marketing initiatives to support BNEA mobile product line.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create creative assets for mobile game marketing which includes video trailers, digital banner images, printed materials, and etc.
• Work and manage internal and external teams (including outsourcing) to direct, track, document and provide feedback on all marketing related artworks.
• Produce concepts to establish the art style of promotional materials
• Run A/B testing to understand the best practice
• Create guidelines for new projects, as well as uphold existing art guidelines
• Research competitor and industry trends on creative style for mobile marketing
• Track ad network’s creative requirements and best practices and direct the team’s art quality.
• Build custom ads to use on multiple platforms for UA, Monetization and Social Networks
• Create brand design for specific Marketing Campaigns
• Support mobile marketing with comps, in-game and non-game graphics.
• Identify, prioritize, and create required art necessary for product submission to digital stores.
• Build custom graphics and comps for Green Light Submission/Presentation deck.
• Produce Video and Motion Graphic for submission on social channels and corporate presentations.
• Create and optimize artwork for website and other online content.
• Produce individual art projects to fulfill various intra-departmental needs, including Tradeshows, Marketing Events, Presentations, Brand Base or Corporate swag and Collateral.
• Work with Product Marketing departments to accurately understand design guidelines and formats for our mobile game products and the ability to repurpose in-game assets and key art to build new imagery or animation for brand and advertising.
• Manage all marketing graphic resource.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent portfolio demonstrating your skills
• Strong skills and experience in video editing for online ads or similar areas
• Strong skills and experience in making creatives for digital marketing
• Experience working with art outsourcing
• Experience with 2D art/video editing applications, e.g. Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of art and design including mobile game market
• Understanding of how art requirements change on different devices and platforms
• Experience managing people and teams a plus
• Confidence in dealing with a heated atmosphere and challenging situations based on your excellent team player qualities
• Love computer games and anime
• Excellent portfolio that demonstrates a broad range skill set.
• Experience creating, repurposing and formatting graphics for digital store submission
• Ability to create 2D and 3D art to compose into brand scenarios.
• Experience in creating guidelines for new projects
• Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite
• Broad knowledge in design and graphics for online advertising and marketing
• Ability to edit and produce videos for trailers for social and community channels.
• Experience in creating motion graphics.
• Ability to outsource art request to freelance artist
• Support and create corporate Info Graphics for BNEA Management team.
• Knowledge on graphic format requirements for devices, platforms and social channels

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a professional capacity
