Job Summary

This position is for an experienced Game Designer or Senior Game Designer with an interest in managing a design department, design quality, and design workflow.

• You inspire game designers to create captivating game experiences.
• Your design feedback is constructive and mind blowing.
• Your understanding of the game design process is comprehensive yet your use of process is streamlined.
• You always know what to do and how to tackle problems in an ever changing environment.
• You have meaningful experience in every aspect of game design including brainstorming, feature design, system design, user interface wireframes, presenting to stakeholders, content design, and cross department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide constructive feedback to designers resulting in easy to read design documentation, innovative designs, captivating presentations, intuitive user interface, and highly effective features.
• Collaborate with the design team, other departments, and studio management to build excellent design workflows.

• Manage the game design across 10+ games at different stages of development from prototyping through soft launch and live operations.
• Take on designs yourself as needed, leading by example.

Requirements
