Job Description
Within the Knowledge Management department and for a one-year fixed-term contract to be filled in June, you will join the team in charge of facilitating employee efficiency and collaboration within Ubisoft.
The Methods & Processes specialist works within the Knowledge Management department under the organizational efficiency team to support and contribute to the key transformation programs.
You identify yourself as a person who can enable the change, support the knowledge sharing and the best practices across the company to break silos.
Your missions are the following :
- Lead research on the current organization, assess the field operations reality and coordinate exploratory studies on key processes;
- Build the transformation & change management guidelines by aligning the vision with Business Priorities in collaboration with the key sponsors, defining project management frameworks, sharing business cases libraries to guide initiatives, and targeting organizational solutions (architecture, processes, operating mode etc.) to implement.
- Support transformation programs, by being the voice of projects’ staffs and provide key criteria the relevant teams to ensure the transformation vision is well-implemented and supported;
- Follow the impacts & the transformation evolution by iterating on the vision, the roadmap and the framework based on transformation actions results;
- Conduct research and analysis of operational effectiveness;
- Document & present findings, projections and recommended actions;
- Identify synergies and dependencies with other strategical fields and ensure vision and transformation consistency between initiatives.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have developed skills in science of work & cognitive sciences as well as working on organizational design/transformation projects with an expertise in qualitative & quantitative analysis.

- Ability to work in a fast changing, international and multicultural environment;
- Knowledge of change management & continuous improvement methodologies;
- Ability to drive a vision & results across teams in different disciplines such as Analytics, UX, Learning, Program management, etc;
- Demonstrate a result oriented, problem solving attitude;
- Great communication skills both in French and English, written and spoken, with the ability to act as a strategic business partner by developing strong relationships and influencing stakeholders and decision-makers.
