ProbablyMonsters Family of Studios is developing 3 simultaneous AAA games in multiple genres. Since our launch in 2019, we have built 3 studios so far. Firewalk™ is working on a new multiplayer game to be exclusively published by PlayStation. Cauldron™ is developing a single-player, adventure-driven game and our RPG Team has a next-gen open world experience in progress.

Our Creative Services team is looking for a Senior Creative Operations Manager with deep experience in creative project management. This is a high-impact opportunity to work with senior leadership across the company. We are building a Creative Services team skilled in art, video production, graphic design, copy editing, web UX, sound, and music to support our business, marketing, and game development efforts at every stage of production. Depending on the stage at which each project is, you’ll be involved from concept development to public-facing marketing content.
Who You Are:
- An experienced creative producer that can drive quality execution on time. Familiar with a variety of creative pipelines (Film, Audio, Graphic Design, Website Development, Video Game Development).
- Effective at cross-team communication and collaboration.
- Skilled at understanding and communicating client needs and goals to a creative team, and vice-versa.
- You have excellent attention to detail.
What You Will Do:
- A lot of cross-team and coordination and collaboration. Building and maintaining alignment.
- Solve Problems - we need someone who can break down production roadblocks and find creative solutions to tough production challenges.
- Manage corporate, marketing, biz dev, and studio requested projects for our creative team.
- Estimate and build project budgets.
- Communicate progress, status, priority, and plans across the organization.
- Close the loop - Ensure projects are reviewed and information captured for the health of our team and the betterment of future projects.
- Help us build out and expand our team capabilities smartly and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Creative Production or Project Management experience. Agency or in-house creative service experience in gaming is a big plus.
- In-depth knowledge of production methodologies.
- Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people, both inside and outside of our studio.
- Game development experience is a plus.
