Media Production Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Media Production Coordinator will work with the Media Production Team to ensure the smooth and timely localization of the Pokémon animation, conduct asset approvals of production assets in 18+ target languages, manage the archiving of all production components and execute administrative tasks relating to finance, task setting and minute taking.
What You Will Do
Localization:
- Execute approvals of localized production asset submissions, including terminology translations, voice talent, art assets, music, credits, graphics submissions, screeners etc.
- Manage communication and scheduling of in-house editors’ script and dialogue checks.
- Maintain and distribute ancillary production assets, including episode titles, recorded scripts, descriptive metadata, music cue sheets, glossaries, and other databases.
- Ensure timely receipt and delivery of production deliverables, coordinating with vendors and broadcasters across Europe and Latin America.
- Assist in management of internal glossary databases.
Brand:
- Conduct approvals for content created by external partners, such as promotional trailers, still assets, articles and competitions, maintaining a record of approvals.
- Assist internal stakeholders with Animation brand expertise.
Operational:
- Assist Media Production team in standardizing processes and asset management systems.
- Collaborate with team to get day to day activities done in an efficient manner.
What You Will Bring:
- Knowledge/previous interaction with Pokémon.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Localization/Post-production/Project Management environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, the ability to spot even the most minor of errors.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills: the ability to handle a variety of assignments, balance priorities and meet deadlines.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication across cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem solver that can identify and propose efficiencies and fixes.
- Enthusiastic team player, with the drive to ensure all individual and team commitments are met.
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Nice to haves:
- Proficiency in another language.
- Video editing experience.
- Prior experience with a Content Management System/Media Asset Management system.

What to Expect:
We offer a professional, fun and creative work environment. While we maintain a good balance between work and life, additional hours may be required at peak times or for specific initiatives. Core hours will be between 10am-6pm. Travel between office locations internationally will be required, approximately 5% of the time.
