Summary

The use of Finance Systems at Aristocrat is continuing to evolve in support substantial business growth. Technology enablers are an important tool for the Finance teams across the globe in supporting accurate, efficient, and effective reporting of actual results and driver-based forecasting across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.

The Group Finance teams are continuously supporting business change, exploring innovative solutions that meet finance and business requirements and exploring opportunities to improve existing controls, systems and processes that maximize the capabilities of our resources.

Finance Data and Systems team is part of the Group Finance function, reporting into the Group CFO. This team is responsible for technically supporting the following:

What You'll Do

· Develops data applications including operational reports, dashboards, scorecards, and automation of reports.

· Analyses data to ensure correct output, troubleshoots issues, and performs data integrity testing.

· Responsible for maturing the Anaplan CoE and establish governance and end to end solution architecture across the Anaplan platform

· Independently provide system solutions to Anaplan issues and enhancements; act as an escalation point to FAST support/Operation team for complex issues

· Manage Data Integrations & Data HUB – Partner with extended IT teams like integration, Datawarehouse

· Transform and implement multi-dimensional structures to support business processes

· Provides technical direction in the implementation of large-scale Anaplan projects.

· Anticipates implementation obstacles. Develops specifications and designs processes that leverages systems

· Administration of Finance Systems: Blackline and Planning Reporting Budgeting & Forecasting (PRB&F) tools and/or interface globally, including development and support

· Participates in data analysis and design using development, quality assurance and integration methodologies

· Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.

· Works closely with customers, business, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality reporting solutions.

· Responsible for supporting the local leadership team to interpret system data to track against financial objectives.

· Strategically links IT investments with the business operations and processes.

· Leverage deep understanding of Finance technology solutions and cross functional relationships to effectively balance tactical needs with strategic objectives that drive high-impact operational efficiencies.

· Ensure applications are governed and controlled properly. Partnering with internal controls stakeholders to manage and maintain compliance and best practices for governance of applications processes and controls.

· Foster innovation within the organization to create new solutions that enable business results and improve effectiveness of finance application delivery, which includes collaboration with business partners to identify and define automations and efficiencies through technology.

· Responsible for leading and managing growing finance architecture and development; charged with supporting and evolving all package and custom software solutions for global businesses.

· Partner with business units and technology stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that generate savings, optimize total cost of ownership, improve supplier performance, and reduce risk.

· Working closely with the Finance Systems Lead (based in Australia) to identify areas requiring improvement and support the most effective use of the system.

· Providing support to the Finance Systems Lead to maintain and administer the US Finance Systems instances.

· Working closely with US based Users to develop their Finance Systems knowledge and capabilities, and enable more effective and efficient use of the tool.

· Lead collaboration with designers and engineers to drive solutions forward. Support the adoption of scale and usage enterprise wide. Document usage guidelines for IT, Product Owners, and Users alike and understand how to leverage patterns in their solutions.

· Developing a close working relationship with the US based Finance and IT Support teams.

· Developing a close working relationship with the Transformation teams, providing system support, advice, testing and integration into the business as usual environment.

· Act as backup administrator for Australia, EMEA, and Asia Finance System instances.
