The Commerce Designer at Roblox will help design the Roblox developer monetization and transactional flows. You'll design ads systems, premium memberships and enhancement of the Economy ecosystem at Roblox. You'll partner with Product Managers, Engineers and other Designers at Roblox. Cross-team collaboration will be essential to this role as you will work with our core app experience and design systems teams. And lastly, you will contribute to our mission of building a human co-experience platform that enables shared experiences among billions of users.

You Are:
- Experienced with 5+ years of professional experience as a UX designer and a Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Ergonomics, or related fields.
- A Leader who manages design quality and cohesion across your area of expertise while engaging with other designers to help them grow..
- Precise with your time and work, and you will find resources to complete large-scale projects
- Creative and you'll take design standards to a higher level.
- Experienced with the ability to provide precise solutions at every step of the process.
- Inspired and you'll expand and discover new skills by searching for new tools and techniques
Responsibilities:
- Build a cohesive user-centric ad creation experience that creators and developers can use across multiple surfaces including mobile, desktop and console
- Improve ads system in the platform without degrading the user experience
- Work with the design teams to integrate ads with search and discovery features and with other parts of the Roblox product.
- Enhance premium membership features.
- You will develop a vision for the future of the Roblox economy ecosystem
- You'll provide detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups and prototypes
- You'll build UX expertise across desktop, mobile and console products
- Report to Design Leadership
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in payments and transaction, ads, or a related design field
- 5+ years of experience working on shipped user-facing products with a transactional or ad component.
- 3+ years of experience working with a variety of partners and team members (for example product managers, designers, engineers, researchers and data scientists)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Product Design or related field
- 5+ years experience working with product teams
- Experience with product strategy with cross-functional partners
- Established as a thought leader within product design or other relevant industries
