Our Marketing Team
We are a small and dynamic group of experienced global marketing experts, with far-reaching expertise across a multitude of specialisms within the Mobile Market space. Whilst our disciplines differ, our goal is the same: to grow and nurture our community of BANDAI NAMCO mobile game players in the west.
As part of the marketing team, you will be working on some of BANDAI NAMCO's most prestigious, global IPs that have shaped the Video Game industry, as well as future IPs developed by our Internal team in Barcelona.
We favor small teams, remaining as agile as possible in an ever-changing market. Advocating innovation over repetition as we aim to accelerate BANDAI NAMCO to the world's #1 Publisher. You will still be working closely with our head office in Japan. So Teamwork and collaboration with the local and international marketing team are key to our success as we continue to grow the BANDAI NAMCO brand worldwide.
Marketing Artist
We are looking for a creative designer who is passionate about games and storytelling, to join us at BANDAI NAMCO Mobile.
As a Marketing Artist here, you will be interacting with marketing, community, and user acquisition specialists on a regular basis to design creatives that can produce an emotional response among the target audience across multiple platforms.
Your direction will have a strong influence on how we market our mobile games on each platform and your experience and knowledge will contribute to defining our marketing strategy as a team and for the whole studio.
This role involves combining an understanding of visual narrative flow, technical craft, creative problem-solving, and execution in a team-centric and flat structure environment.
Requirements
- Strong sense of composition & rhythm, good fundamental understanding of editing and pacing.
- Advanced knowledge of software such as After Effects (including Element 3D), Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to independently follow a creative brief through the full production cycle, from asset preparation to final delivery.
- Capacity to iterate quickly on concept development through mock-ups and sketch work, for both videos made 'from scratch' and videos made from captured gameplay sequences.
- Basic knowledge in illustration and character animation (asset)
- Ability to follow detailed technical specifications
- A great eye for camera motion, composition, and framing
- Solid artistic foundation (understanding of colour, composition, and lighting)
- Good visual culture in different fields (architecture, design, cinema, comics, games...).
Bonus Skills
- Understanding of Unity3D
- Additional Knowledge of 3D Modelling, Character Animation/Illustration
