We’re looking for a talented and driven Marketing Team Lead to join our expanding marketing team.

Role Overview: As the Marketing Team Lead, you will report directly to the VP of Product Strategy and act as a key leader in PTW’s marketing efforts. You will oversee and manage a talented team of professionals responsible for product marketing, community management, go-to-market execution, customer support, and moderation. Your role will be crucial in driving successful marketing initiatives for PTW’s gaming projects and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team consisting of Product Marketing Managers, Senior Social/Community Managers, Go-to-Market Coordinators, Customer Support, and Moderation staff.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Product Strategy to shape and execute the marketing strategy for PTW’s proprietary social media platform targeting Gen Z and Gen Alpha gamers.
• Develop and implement product marketing plans in partnership with key internal teams (development, creative, and business development).
• Drive community engagement and social media strategies, ensuring consistent, impactful communication with gaming audiences.
• Oversee go-to-market strategies, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
• Ensure exceptional customer support and community moderation to maintain positive user experiences and brand integrity.
• Analyze market data, customer feedback, and community insights to inform strategy adjustments and growth plans.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, social/community management, or similar roles, preferably in the gaming or tech industries.
• Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and mentor teams across different functions.
• Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of social media trends, especially in relation to Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
• A passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming communities, platforms, and industry trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with customer support and moderation teams is a plus.
