Marketing Strategist Mobile Games

Magic Fuel Games, a Seasun Games studio, is establishing a marketing hub to support the western market launches for its upcoming games. We are looking for a marketer with experience in brand and strategic marketing in the mobile gaming space. Are you ready for your next challenge and to be part of a great growth opportunity?

Who you are:

• You have a passion for mobile gaming and marketing!
• You have 3-5 years experience in marketing mobile games, with direct experience in brand marketing including strategy, planning and promotion
• A highly organized, great communicator and are comfortable working with international and remote partners
• You have a depth of market knowledge and familiarity with research tools to stay on top of trends and identify opportunities
• You have an eye for quality and hold yourself to a high standard

How you'll contribute:

• By identifying market opportunities and providing rich insights into our players to inform both R&D and marketing plans
• Establishing and implementing each game's branding and promotional direction
• Developing Go-to-Market promotional plans, with deep analysis of our product characteristics, market opportunities and competition. Lead the creation of each product's positioning, target market and audience profiles
• Partner with central teams to co-ordinate operations, research and user growth in line with the promotional plan through soft launch into live, delivering growth and achieving the product and company goals
• By Monitoring ROI for the Go-to-Market efforts, evaluating and optimizing continuously
• Building strategic partnerships with industry platforms and channels
• By being on top of industry trends, market conditions and spotting opportunities for promotion or co-operation

What you’ll need:

• Must have a proven track record in mobile games
• Experience of working with remote central resource teams
• Experience of managing the generation of creative assets
• Enough data & finance skills to comfortable working with performance data and budget analysis
• Bi-lingual Mandarin speaker a strong plus
• Experience of running influencer marketing a plus
