In this position, you’ll be part of Norsfell, the studio behind the indie hit Tribes of Midgard, where a team of dedicated and skilled game developers awaits you.
Your responsibilities will include executing top-tier marketing operations and campaigns for our games and working closely with both internal teams and external partners. Additionally, you’ll contribute to advancing our global marketing strategies and audience insights alongside the Head of Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Head of Marketing with market research, positioning, branding, and marketing initiatives
- Participate in day-to-day activities and long-term projects in collaboration with the entire marketing team
- Maintain and update key tools (industry monitoring, reports, press lists, trends, press kit, etc.)
- Draft and publish store pages and external communications (press releases, emails, blogs, etc.)
- Create and manage marketing asset guidelines
- Develop and implement best practices for email marketing and CRM (newsletter, content creator program, and player reward program).
- Collaborate with external partners for various projects (ads, SEO, localization, content)
- Analyze daily social and player data and communicate reports and updates to the team on a regular basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of professional experience in B2C marketing or advertising.
- Strong experience in marketing project management and excellent organizational skills
- Good understanding of live operations marketing best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, essential for interacting with our international players
- Eligible to work in Canada
ASSETS:
- Experience in the video game industry
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or any related field
- Experience in publishing, AAA or marketing agency
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Apps, especially Photoshop and Premiere
- Able to communicate in French
