Level Ex is seeking a Marketing Specialist to be part of our Marketing team focused on implementing and optimizing top-of-funnel campaigns that resonate with healthcare audiences and B2B clients. Reporting to our Director of Marketing, you’ll drive engagement, brand awareness, and user acquisition through paid social media, programmatic advertising, and compelling content creation.
Paid Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive user acquisition and increase leads.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns, including ad creative, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to enhance and iterate on strategies for improved ROI.
- Plan, execute, and optimized programmatic advertising campaigns to reach target audiences efficiently.
- Monitor and adjust programmatic ad placements and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with external agencies or platforms to ensure the success of programmatic ad campaigns.
Content Creation and Writing:
- Generate high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and ad copy.
- Produce compelling written content such as blog posts, articles, and press releases, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, user engagement, and KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving healthcare and gaming sectors.
- At least 2 years of professional Marketing experience specifically in the healthcare, Pharma, software, or marketing/agency space (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns and programmatic advertising within the healthcare industry.
- Mastery of CRM platforms (Hubspot and Braze).
- Exceptional written communication skills with a portfolio demonstrating content creation and copywriting ability.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to derive actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong planning and organization skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with multiple deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
