Job Overview
Wargaming is looking for a Marketing Manager, focusing on Poland and Czech Republic to drive the development of the World of Tanks PC marketing.
The appropriate profile will be a Polish or Czech speaking native who has a deep knowledge and understanding of Poland and Czech Republic.
This position involves managing large budgets, organizing and executing complex marketing campaigns and working on the marketing strategy for one of the top 5 global free-to-play games.

What will you do?
- Implement global marketing strategy for World of Tanks PC in your region – execute marketing plans focused on customer acquisition in fast paced environment
- Develop and manage external partner relationships across creative and media agencies and advertisers to bring your campaigns to life on TV, online, print, outdoor, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams e.g. Community Management, BizDev & Licensing, Influencer Marketing, Global Publishing and Global Marketing teams. Create impactful and scalable (digital) campaigns and channels
- Help to optimize customer acquisition and win-back strategies for your markets
- Be accountable of your territory audience and related marketing KPIs and budget, evaluate marketing campaigns performances and improve the funnel
- Gather insights to support product and marketing decisions
- Become the World of Tanks PC territory expert to drive the most impactful marketing campaigns across existing and new channels
What are we looking for?
- Strong experience in digital marketing discipline either on the client, agency, or publisher side, with proven results in regional campaign planning and execution
- Track record of solid project management and prioritization skills with high degree of ownership
- Good understanding of regional media landscape e.g. digital, social, broadcast and print channels. Existing network of media agencies and partners
- Passion and interest for video games and industry
- Demonstrated analytical skills, and developed verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Polish or Czech
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- World of Tanks PC player (or similar games)
- Team Player, curious and self-motivated. Innovative and out-of-box thinker
- Previous experience in customer acquisition for freemium services or free-to-play games
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex information and present it in a clear and concise way
- Prior experience in sales, business development or partner marketing is a plus
- Experience with attribution and financial modelling
