Marketing Project Coordinator (International Team)

We are currently seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator who will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our department. This individual will be responsible for planning and managing all international marketing projects, assets, activations, supported by documented processes and approvals. The Marketing Project Coordinator will also work closely with external partners, as well as with our localization and brand teams, to ensure that all marketing assets are effectively adapted to multiple markets around the world.

By ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all parties, the Marketing Project Coordinator will be instrumental in driving the success of our international marketing efforts. The Marketing Project Coordinator acts as a key contact for communication and process implementation within the International Marketing team by supporting the Manager of International Marketing.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project manage internal and external resources for the flawless execution of campaigns and activations, in accordance with international marketing/stakeholder needs
• Monitor and maintain international marketing projects to ensure the international team has the necessary resources and information required to complete tasks on schedule
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan, documentation and dashboards, that are updated daily
• Report and escalate project progress, scope, changes/concerns and or risks to management on a weekly basis and in real time as they occur in order to ensure timely course correction
• Work closely with International Sales, Localization Manager and Art Department to review marketing assets and organize marketing requests

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience within Marketing teams in creative/ tabletop game publishing industry, related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Project Management Tools
• Proven track record of building relationships with external and internal partners
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in an international environment
• Passion for organization, brand marketing, and process improvement
• Experience working in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, diverse, and cross-functional organization
• Must be able to work in The Netherlands
