Marketing Project Manager

Level Ex is a fast-growing technology company that crafts games and applications for medical professionals. Our games are changing the world - we need your help to deliver them! Using the highest standards of game design and custom game mechanics, we employ ground-breaking graphics and physics technology to guide physician and medical technology adoption and concepts to a worldwide audience.

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team who has a record of bringing games to market and is eager to join us as we promote medical games at a genre-defining level. You will help guide the new experiences and create excitement for our games, building opportunities for connection. You will coordinate feature and content deliveries on our franchises across the company. You will deal with multiple contributors, from the development team to our internal marketing staff, and external partner agencies and organizations.

What You'll Do

• Partner with company leadership to review project progress and balance inbound change requests.
• Guide the creation of world-class marketing content for our games. Dive in and create them yourself based on your understanding of the games we are making.
• Balance many plates simultaneously. You know what needs to be done first, but you know when to reach out for guidance to ensure everyone shares your prioritization view.
• Mitigate risks and work solutions, keeping the full team informed about changes.Develop long-term project plans and maintain 'on track' and 'on budget' status while ensuring traction on sprint over sprint goals.
• Reporting to Production, you will bridge the gap across the company of what is being built and how we tell the story.

What You'll Bring

• Experience as games producer or client software producer (2+ years). You are credited as a producer on multiple games/applications across more than one platform.
• A love of creating order from chaos. Excellence at guiding global expectations, and firm in your adherence to scope and timelines. This includes combining best practices at the right time (be it Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall).
• Knowledge of important data collection models - you are analytics-driven and know where to measure and how to apply relevant data metrics.
• A desire to always continue learning your craft, helping others to succeed, and leading by example to set the standard on what it means to be a leader.
• An ability to work remotely, collaborating and sharing virtually.
