Marketing Producer

The Firaxis Marketing Producer is responsible for overseeing the production of community and promotional content for the Firaxis Marketing Team. This person tracks the status and deadlines of key assets created by the team, coordinates with the game production team to ensure marketing deadlines are accurately reflected in production timelines, and works with external stakeholders for timely delivery of high-quality content. This person leads regular update meetings with the members of the marketing team to ensure progress is occurring, and helps identify and mitigate blockers. Finally, the Marketing Producer helps the team understand the performance of assets created to assist in future project.

Responsibilities:

• Assigns responsibilities for marketing tasks in conjunction with game teams and marketing leadership.
• Ensures assets and information are delivered on deadline to partners.
• Oversees the production of community and promotional content for the Firaxis Marketing Team. Monitors progress of asset development and reports blockers, escalating concerns appropriately.
• Tracks status and deadlines of key assets and coordinates with game development teams to ensure that marketing deadlines are accurately reflected in production timelines.
• Defines asset scope and deliverables in conjunction with marketing art team and all relevant stakeholders, and advises all parties quickly and accurately on changes.
• Documents marketing production practices for partners.
• Tracks performance of assets on defined KPIs and assists stakeholders in understanding performance, including ROI.

Qualifications:

• Background in product or resource management, with preference for experience in marketing, advertising, video game development, or other creative enterprise
• Demonstrated ability to organize multiple schedules and plans with stakeholders
• Demonstrated excellence in writing and communications skills and relationship management
• Able to communicate quickly and clearly to stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to changes and skills at prioritization of tasks and outcomes
• Familiarity with Hansoft and Trello recommended
