Amazon is looking for Marketing Producers to develop, implement, and improve operational processes and systems that create efficiencies and alignment within our Marketing organization, Go-To-Market operations, our business customers and internal partners. You will support our team’s initiatives by identifying business needs and requirements, applying standard methodologies, implementing recommendations, and providing governance of our processes

Marketing Producers are instrumental for driving marketing team strategy, planning and manage the day-to-day operations for the health of the marketing program effectiveness to pipeline contribution. The Marketing Producer function is to understand the right marketing workflows, lead routing and program approvals end-to-end, having visibility at any point in time on how the project is tracking and applying marketing and efficiency KPIs to monitor success. This role collaborates with all marketing functions, sales operations, product and tech, and senior leadership team.

Successful marketing producers are creative and strategic problem solvers, who get results through influence at the team and executive level, innovative thinking, and effective change management. Their recommendations and solutions are grounded in critical thinking and relevant data and analytics. They are drivers who are passionate about the latest trends in Marketing, Creative and Account Management tools and resources and thrive on identifying and chasing opportunities that improve operational efficiency, the customer experience, increase the reach and value of our marketing services to our business partners and accelerate our business.

Role Responsibilities include:
· Leading management and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, BusOps, Customer Experience and Design team, Engineering and global, cross-channel Go-to-Market Operations leaders.
· Drive improvements to our key account scoring and content marketing methodology to ensure go-to-market programs are seamless and efficient

This will include creating complex experiment frameworks, analyzing results, and structuring scalable campaigns across a variety of customer-facing channels and touch points. You must be able to work at a tactical level (managing campaigns with merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems). This role is inherently cross-functional, working closely with external partners, central marketing teams, selection, catalog, design, operations, and product teams.

Key responsibilities:
· Owns funnel optimization, campaign design and management
· Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly including ticketing and troubleshooting as needed
· Conducts marketing campaign launch risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate);
· Manages the Customer Journey mapping including addressing questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project;

Basic Qualifications

· 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
· 2+ years experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
· 2+ years professional JIRA experience
· Bachelor's degree or equivelant experience in related field

Preferred Qualifications

· High level proficiency in other workflow software systems, CMS and DAM tools, and issue tracking products
· Gaming and digital entertainment industry experience a plus
· International experience a plus
· Experience working with external vendors.
· A willing collaborator with excellent communication skills. Experience in quality assurance for final deliverables - core understanding of file types, frame rates, aspect ratios, etc.
· Ability to multitask, take ownership, and balance multiple projects with competing schedules.
· Proficient with Office, G-Suite or related productivity applications
