Marketing Producer
Hutch is looking for a Marketing Producer to join the team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing marketing team that acts as a central marketing service to 5 multi-disciplined autonomous games teams and responsible for managed production of UA. You will be working with the existing team of artists and UA managers to create a process that empowers the marketing art team to do great work.

Responsibilities
- Work with Head of Creative Services, Producers, Artists, Brand, Community, UA and external vendors to deliver marketing content for use across Hutch’s digital marketing campaigns
- Manage workflow from concept to delivery
- Prioritise and track requests to ensure content is delivered on schedule.
- Work with the Head of Creative Services to ensure marketing creatives meet brand expectations and style guidelines
- Collaborate on creative strategy and planning
- Organise, support and help optimize team processes
- Track industry trends and competitor strategies
- Help to source external vendors with skills/experience to meet marketing needs
- Identify, surface and manage risks
- Work with Finance to manage Creative Services budget and track any associated spend
- Work with Legal to ensure any necessary agreements are in place with external vendors, etc
- Manage and monitor the team culture and health ensuring people are happy, healthy and harmonious
Requirements
- Experience working with external vendors
- Understanding of best practice for user acquisition in mobile, digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to multitask, take ownership, and balance multiple projects with competing schedules
- Great communication skills to communicate in the team and across the studio.
- A deep understanding of agile and scrum development
- Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in caring about your team and ensuring that people come first over project goals
- Someone with the ability to lead in a busy environment
Bonus Points
- Experience in quality assurance for final deliverables - core understanding of file types, frame rates, aspect ratios, etc
- Comfortable in Adobe Photoshop and related Adobe Suite packages
- Jira experience is a plus
- A love of cars, motorsport and things with wheels!
