Amazon Games seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to establish best practices that optimize the efficiency of our marketing investments.

In this role, you will use your passion for delivering results to dive deep in to marketing programs and data to provide valuable insights that help the team execute against our key business objectives as we build world-class marketing and creative campaigns. You will work closely with the Brand, Growth Marketing, Creative and Biz Ops teams to articulate team goals, own measurement and reporting, and to ensure best practices, procedural rigor, operational and process improvements. You will use data and analytics combined with creative and customer instincts to measure and focus our efforts to acquire customers and grow communities around our games. You will foster a culture of iteration across the team. The successful candidate will be driven by operational excellence and have a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and go-to-market channels. Success in this role requires ownership, an analytical mind, passion for inventing and improving process and the ability to collaborate and work across teams. Most important is to bring a passion for games and a drive for success through collaboration.

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you:

· Partner with marketing leadership to drive the definition, measurement and tracking of marketing performance and efficiency.
· Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of marketing contribution, program ROI, customer acquisition and campaign activity and results.
· Establish a rigorous analytical framework and manage the reporting and performance of all lifecycle initiatives
· Collaborate with the Performance Marketing and CRM teams to oversee KPI goal setting, and acquisition funnel metrics. Track and Report on KPIs and campaign metrics to analyze their success.
· Lead organizational goal setting, tracking and communication
· Develop a standardized planning and reporting cadence at the country, segment and campaign level
· Develop and distribute monthly reporting package with analysis of results and business impact
· Design and enhance processes to measure marketing outcomes and investment efficacy
· Develop and deploy marketing operations tool suites to drive team productivity globally

Basic Qualifications

· 5+ years of video game Marketing experience
· 3+ years experience managing quantitative Marketing tools and processes
· Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business or an equivalent combination of experience and education
· Experience with project management and process improvement
· Experience with marketing and channel automation tools, process and KPIs relating to operational efficiencies and excellence.
· Strong business communication and analytical skills - written and verbal skills need to be a strength

Preferred Qualifications

· Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
· Previous experience with PC and Console online games and games as a service
· Project management skills and experience
· Interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
· Experience in a high volume digital marketing organization supporting multiple games
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced, matrixed environment
· Employs sound critical thinking & problem-solving approaches, comes to the table with solutions
· Passion for games
