Marketing & Office Manager, China

We are looking for a Marketing and Office Manager to join our team in Beijing. This role will focus on building brand awareness for Chartboost, along with promoting team culture and coordinating events.
What you’ll do:
Marketing
- Maintain and grow Chartboost brand presence in China with support and guidance from the marketing team in headquarters
- Responsible for developing, writing, and promoting content. You’ll work with Product, Marketing, and the China business team on product announcement, coordinate with design on necessary graphics/creatives for the content, and measure engagement and conversion across the article
- Implement offline marketing efforts by organizing developer events, local meet-ups, sales materials, giveaways, merchandising etc.
- Responsible for the company’s online presence and content distribution, such as:
- Maintaining existing local social media accounts and constantly discovering new important social channels
- Localizing English contents to suit China market
- Finding partnership opportunities with media to distribute content
- Coordinate with external parties (freelance translators, PR agency, event contractors, and internal stakeholders)
- Come up with innovative ways to build a strong Chartboost brand in China!
Office Manager
- Own and manage relationships with our outside facilities vendors, including: ordering snacks, lunch, and office supplies
- Coordinate internal activities (lunches, meetings, happy hours, celebrations etc.)
- Be a key contributor in improving, maintaining, and creating company perks such as events, anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays
Who you are:
- 1 - 2 years of relevant marketing experience (event and community management, content marketing, online and offline marketing)
- 1 - 2 years in office management, supporting an organization of 10+ employees
- Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English
- Quick learner who can quickly dive into our business model
- You attended a top University/Business School or similar education, preferably with a focus on marketing and communication
- You have great communication and people skills - you’re a team player and it’s fun working with you!
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ‘can-do’ attitude and good problem-solving skills
- You can manage your tasks independently and bring in new ideas
Bonus points:
- Experience in working with international teams
- You have previous work experience within a start-up and/or in the field of mobile advertising
