Hiber is a well funded start-up based in Gothenburg, Sweden. We have created Hiber3D, a platform that enables anyone to build, manage and monetize their own virtual world presence. The Hiber3D technology is powering HiberWorld, our hub for people to play and create interactive 3D games. HiberWorld already hosts over 5 million user generated worlds.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a creative marketing and growth team, working with projects and campaigns targeted at our users and partners. You will own your own projects where you develop the strategy, copywriting, design, and build campaigns to reach the target audience. You will also plan and set up B2B and B2C campaigns on various social media platforms. As the marketing manager you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts, especially targeting newer generations, and by analyzing market trends, working with our business intelligence team to analyze and understand user behavior. You will create compelling content and campaigns that speak the language of our users and work with our marketing agency partners to grow our platform in the best possible ways, while growing your skills and learning along the way.

Wish list

• 3+ years of experience in digital product marketing
• Experience in creating and implementing a campaign from scratch to finish
• Proven experience in content marketing and social media activations
• Deep understanding of emerging audiences, their preferences and online behaviors
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
