Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the ranks of our marketing guild and oversee the creation, implementation , and optimization of our channel strategy to increase active players and purchasers . You should have experience in marketing that includes: ima gin in g , planning, and executing campaigns that engage players at each stage in their lifecycle, lifecycle channel management and optimization, player journey mapping , SEO, SEM, CRO, A/B testing, and reporting results with an understanding of great data visualization.
A day in the life:
- You optimize web as a marketing vehicle – focusing on converting prospects into active players and purchasers.
- You foster the player experience – from developing and implementing testing strategies to identifying trends and insights in performance data that allow for constant improvement to our lifecycle channels .
- You influence the innovation roadmap for channel technology and functionality that delivers against business objectives and strategies.
- You dive deep into funnel metrics (visits, clicks, downloads, purchases, etc.) to maximize player response and business impact.
- You explore and implement player reactivation strategies – helping our brands stand the test of time.
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years of progressive responsibility in a marketing role driving lifecycle channel optimization and insights .
- Passion for c ultivating long - term player relationships through gen uin e, amazing experiences .
- Experience working with Google Analytics and with A/B testing tools, such as Acquia Lift, Google Experiments, Adobe Target and/or Optimizely.
- Understanding of taxonomy development and its relationship to search, SEO, and content strategy.
- Knowledge of mobile first and responsive content strategies.
- Familiarity with CMS (Drupal, Contentful), HTML5 , & Google Analytics.
- Analytic orientation and curiosity, using insights to inform your next course of action .
- Self-motivated, with a drive to exceed expectations .
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required, preferably with a concentration in marketing.
- Industry experience in digital and/or tabletop games preferred .
