Marketing Manager, Japan Games industry experience required

SUMMARY
This role is primarily responsible to oversee all business line marketing activities for our PTWI businesses in Japan, while ensuring that all strategies and brand executions are aligned with global and regional directions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the development of our Company’s brand in Japan from strategic positioning to execution and market rollout to achieve business objectives.
- Develop brand and services toolkits to localize brand materials.
- Provide content support for various areas of marketing including but not limited to digital campaigns, social media, and physical branding.
- Focused on acquiring and retaining clients through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics, for the best marketing outcomes.
- Provide short and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of clients.
- Partner and support sales teams with promotional activities.
- Plan and implement business meetings and trade shows.
- Manage the Japan marketing budget in accordance to our Company’s guidelines and brand objectives.
- Ensure all external communication events, materials and messages (press conferences and releases) are in line with our Company’s direction and local regulations.
Requirements
- Games industry experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field of study.
- Strong and broad B2B & B2G marketing experience including managing events and digital marketing budgets.
- Prior track record in creating and running campaigns with demonstrated success in increased revenue.
- Management of brand guidelines and assets, as well as creative copywriting skills.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns for Japan.
- Able to lead and influence cross-functional and regional teams.
- Good communication, presentation (in English and Japanese) and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong time management, project management and organization skills.
- Resourceful, meticulous, and a team player who can work well with all levels.
- Possess a high level of integrity & discretion.
- Self-driven personality and team player.
- A passion for gaming in various game genres will be advantageous.
