Responsibilities
- Marketing
- Website maintenance
- Translating campaign text into Dutch/French
- Supporting marketing activities:
- Contacting partners
- Overseeing live campaigns
- Handling internal assets/approval requests
- Community
- Creating and scheduling social posts
- Competition prize distribution
- Creation of photograph assets for partner content
- Gathering and summation of community sentiment
- Event support and attendance
- Livestream support:
- Form and Chat monitoring
- Off-camera technical assistance
- PR
- Overseeing distribution of press blasts to relevant agencies
- Distributing review codes/disc samples to press
- Booking flights/hotels for press events
- Additional PR support:
- Contacting press
- Arranging and attending meetings
- Arranging and overseeing interviews
Qualifications
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Database knowledge preferred
- Research and use of analytics experience
- Understanding and interest of key marketing principles and marketing function. Marketing or Business Administration undergraduate preferred
- Well organised and disciplined with the ability to plan workload effectively
- Self-motivated, focused and able to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
- Good Team working skills - able to work within a matrix organization
- Analytical with close attention to detail
- Previous work experience and genuine interest in gaming preferred
- Fluent in English
