Your Mission
This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties:
Provide support and help coordination and execution of the Benelux & CEEMEA Marketing activities
You will be part of the Benelux & CEEMEA marketing team and will support the Brand Managers, mainly working on the Call of Duty franchises. You will closely work internally with the Trade/PR/sales team and the European Head Office in UK. Externally you will be in regular contact with agencies (media, PR, licensing, digital) and partners.
Assist the Benelux & CEEMEA Call of Duty Brand Managers in the following tasks:
- Support the brand managers in creating, developing, localising and managing content across multiple owned and earned channels, including community management and amplification through partners.
- Support the Brand Managers in the development and execution of the media plans: Proof check of promotional tools (flyers, print advertising, videos), participate in the localisation of TV spots and trailers, track and follow up the execution of the campaign, coordinate contest and prizes.
- Analyse results of media campaigns (post mortem) and build reporting and recommendations together with the Brand Manager.
- Coordinate events (e.g launch events & demonstrations): Set-up, content, activities, logistics, creation of promotional items, presence during events, reporting and brand ambassador role including product demonstrations during events.
- Weekly Live Ops reporting (player engagement, monetization, sales, conversion, retention and pre-orders).
- Support in the execution of licensing activities.
- Track competition and evolution of the video games markets.
- Give product demonstrations to retailers, consumers and/or partners.
- Cover Brand Managers tasks in their absence and support other Brand Managers if required.
Player Profile
- Available from September 2020 for at least 6 months, on a full time basis.
- Affinity towards Call of Duty, Gaming & youth marketing and entertainment industry.
- Currently studying for a marketing /communication degree (HBO/ WO).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), strong analytical skills and high affinity with social media
- Fluent written and verbal language skills in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
- Project management ability to plan and manage projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Management of graphical and video tools would be an asset.
- Team spirit, ability to work autonomously, sociable and sense of humour.
- Driving license would be an asset.
- Pragmatic and hands-on, “can do” attitude, not afraid to think outside the box.
- Ability to balance priorities and help to drive the agenda with other members of the team in a constructive manner.
