All in! Games is a publishing house and development team. We create and support unique games for PC and consoles, working on both Polish and international projects. Some of our cool titles are Chernobylite (The Farm 51) and Tools Up! (The Knights of Unity). Remember the name—we’re gonna be loud!

Join our Marketing team as a:
Graphic Designer
We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our talented team of creative professionals and help create a variety of concepts and content to bring amazing experiences for our players across the world.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with all the teams in the marketing department such as Brand Managers, Digital Marketing, PR and more, in an inspiring and creative environment.
Who you are:
- Passionate about Design and Branding.
- You monitor emerging design trends.
- You have an open and creative mindset along with a keen eye for detail
- You have great communication skills; being able to adapt to people and situations.
- You are eager to learn, productive, and love to work in a team.
- You have relevant knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Xd) Blender, Invision, Mailchimp, Miro
- Knowledge of game engines (Unity, Unreal) and 3D software would be a plus.
- You have a professional command of English, written and spoken.
- Strong team player with the ability to foster excellent working relationships.
- Video games industry experience would be a plus.
Your tasks will be to:
- Creating graphic assets for social media & community campaigns
- Creating store graphic assets
- Designing & building newsletter templates
- Creating performance graphic assets
- Designing landing pages
- Preparing assets for events
- Producing screenshots and renders
- Gameplay recordings from game build and gifs
- Designing key visuals for our games
- Working adaptively under time pressure & changing factors
- Supporting the company in internal projects with the use of design skills.
