Marketing Designer (Temp)

We’re hiring a Marketing Designer who will contribute to our evolving brand and create work that is not just beautiful, but improves engagement and drives our business forward. We’re looking for a skilled designer who can go from brief through execution to deliver everything from email and social to web. This is a mid-level role with opportunity for growth and development within the team.
YOU ARE
- Highly collaborative with a mindset focused on problem solving.

- Organized and have a strong sense of design and digital production.
- Diligent, detail oriented and an advocate for high-quality design solutions.
- A strong communicator with a positive demeanor and open attitude.
YOU WILL
- Translate product marketing strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.
- Foster partnerships with a range of teams and disciplines, including: product managers, marketers, copywriters, product designers, illustrators and animators.
- Own conceptual development and delivery of visuals across different media.
- Implement a cohesive visual style and systematic approach to design.
- Champion our brand guidelines while also finding opportunities to push and evolve them.
- Explain your design decisions and embrace feedback.
YOU HAVE
- 4+ years of in-house, brand, or agency experience in design.
- A strong portfolio that reflects a foundation of design principles, awareness of current trends and how they translate to digital mediums.
- Experience working with cross functional stakeholders across disciplines.
- An ability to design and iterate quickly and efficiently in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to build design systems and think in an integrated fashion.
- Expertise with the latest design and prototyping tools including the Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and Invision.
- An understanding of performance-based marketing strategies.
- Motion graphics and commercial illustration experience is a plus.
