Marketing Data Analyst

World of Tanks (WoT) Marketing is looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst. If you are a data enthusiast, driven by business intelligence, and believe in visualizing rather than just throwing numbers to the table – this role is right for you. Our new colleague will be working in Prague side by side with WoT Marketing Director, cooperating directly with the product teams and marketing strategists, providing insights to stakeholders they never knew they had.

Reports To

Product Marketing Director

What will you do?

• Define requirements, plan and execute research for marketing stakeholders.
• Work closely with Marketing Strategists, Marketing Managers, Marketing Producers to evaluate regional & global marketing campaigns and transform them into valuable insights and reports.
• Define data sources to be used for the decision support outputs (dashboards, ad hoc reports).
• Perform analysis on large datasets to help answer a wide range of business questions.
• Develop analytics for various marketing campaigns and events; search for anomalies and insights, which would increase efficiency of marketing products or its smaller parts.
• Develop recommendations for marketing improvements.
• Present research results to marketing stakeholders globally.

Who are you?

• 2+ years of relevant work experience (analyst or BI developer).
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Qlik/MS PowerBI or others).
• Facilitation, organizational and documentation skills.
• Experienced in building effective stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• English fluent (written and spoken)
