Marketing Creative Producer

We’re seeking a Marketing Creative Producer at Rovio, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional creative content for Rovio Games. As a Producer, you understand the whole production cycle and know how to work with concepts and bring them to life. You also understand the economics of both outsourcedand internal productions.

In this position, you primarily support Angry Birds Dream Blast marketing team in their creative needs, sourcing the required assets externally to then coordinate the timely production of high quality and high performing content.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide relocation support for this position.

You will have impact and fun at work by doing:

• Supporting the creative process to deliver high performing creative: brief writing, support brainstorms and retrospections
• Working with budgeting and assembling the right team and vendors
• Together with key stakeholders defining targets related to quality and schedules
• Overseeing and scheduling productions in all stages from pre to post production
• Contract negotiations and drafting

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Producer/Project manager in creative production or similar role at advertising or production agencies
• A proven track record of managing multiple audio-visual productions simultaneously
• Excellent project management skills and hands-on approach
• Experience working with external partners and stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of 2D animation, 3D/CGI productions and post-production practicalities
• Full professional proficiency in English

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

• Experience working with game teams
• Some knowledge of UA/performance marketing
