Marketing Creative Producer (Remote)

N3TWORK seeks a marketing creative producer. This person will help grow N3TWORK’s mobile games by conceptualizing and overseeing production of internal & external game marketing materials, including banners, video ads, app store visuals, landing pages, etc.
The successful candidate works closely with the performance marketing team and other internal groups to find new and effective creative concepts to attract players, while continuously optimizing existing creative. They will also be a creative self-starter, passionate about marketing and unafraid of digging deeper in numbers to understand how to improve the efficiency of the team’s creative efforts.
Responsibilities
- Be the creative voice behind marketing both internally and externally, make sure that our current players are excited and understand all of the elements of game play, whilst also making sure users who don’t yet know about our games are excited to try them!
- Design and oversee to completion new and innovative ways to market N3TWORK’s exciting portfolio of games
- Provide Marketing art direction, briefs & feedback for Mobile Marketing campaigns
- Partner with Marketing Managers to Ideate, storyboard & develop new creative ideas across a wide range of mobile games
- Be comfortable giving & receiving both qualitative & quantitative feedback on Marketing art
- Work with existing agencies to deliver marketing art materials for use in performance marketing campaigns
- Source & onboard new agencies to increase creative capacity
- Track status of and prioritize marketing projects to ensure they are delivered on time & on budget
- Be comfortable managing multiple projects, across multiple timezone with multiple stakeholders
- Create efficiencies in the marketing Art pipeline and share best practices across the company
- Review marketing data and trends to help the user acquisition and creative teams make decisions on optimizations and direction
- Work with the team to create and maintain a steady calendar of asset testing to extend the product lifecycle of all games
- Use historical data to come up with new successful concepts
- Help forecast and manage the creative budgets and expenses
Requirements
- Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem-solving
- University or four-year college degree in related field
- Proficient with Adobe Design CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficient with Adobe Premiere (bonus: experience with after effects)
- Previous experience in the creation of high quality marketing art & campaigns
- Thorough knowledge of the digital marketplace, including the latest design trends in the app marketplace
- Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience with delegation and prioritisation systems
- Experience with training team members and evaluation of creative work
