Job Description
We are looking for a resourceful and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join the studio’s established Marketing team which operates as the studio central hub in collaborating with various departments with various functions: Business Intelligence, Live Operations, Game Design, QA, CRM, Press, Head Quarters, Partners and more.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. This is an administrative based role.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Marketing Coordinator is someone admin and process oriented which act as the team-supporting person, helping Team Leads to clear blockers and speed up projects. Will have visibility on projects, timelines and deadlines across Marketing and the rest of the Studio.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We are looking for at least 3 years’ full-time experience in a similar coordinator position in marketing or related fields. The ideal candidate is autonomous, multi tasking, proactive and independent; will support the team with various administrative tasks, and need to be able to juggle multiple tasks on sometimes short deadlines. We are looking for someone who has understanding of social media platforms, online marketing tools and marketing campaign development, implementation and processes to ensure the team maximum efficiency while maintaining files and records up to date with effective filing systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate and organise team workload and manage tasks, while tracking progresses and flagging delays across Art, Brand and Community.
- Maintain Trello up to date, creating new cards and informing team members about upcoming and existing project updates.
- Assist the team gathering contents, adjusting processes and collaborating with other departments to create a transparent work environment.
- Attend and share meeting minutes (as needed) to allow team members to get caught up on what discussed to inform future decisions.
- Improve existing and, establish new Marketing internal processes to improve the Team performances.
- Independently delegate tasks to appropriate team members and coordinate workload while ensuring deadlines are met based on department and studio priorities.
- Oversee the delivery of projects to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards
- Contribute to a positive work environment and a healthy team culture.
- Support the team on an administrative base and help to maintain detailed records of projects and tasks.
- Contribute to strategy plans, and best practices, keeping a keen eye on campaigns and industry trends.
- Support the department and studio initiatives, planning, and tracking marketing plans.
- Be the main point of contact between FGOL and internal/external legal teams, across several legal areas including queries, infringements, NDAs and intellectual property (e.g. trademarks).
SKILLS:
- Possess great attention to detail and have good experience implementing processes and managing workload, task and projects.
- Strong Problem-solving abilities to proactively anticipate hurdles and rapidly propose solutions.
- Decisiveness and good judgment.
- Strong organization and people time management abilities together with the capability to juggle multiple projects, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to prioritise personal and team a varied workload with multiple long and short-term deadlines.
- Assist with marketing plans with the internal team.
- Keen interest in the marketing sphere especially focused on coordination of consumers, brand, social media and product management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent task management, time management, organisational, interpersonal, reporting, presentation skills.
- Highly autonomous - the ability to work proactively and independently on a day-to-day basis, making decisions unaided.
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven marketing track record in a coordinator role.
- Solid understanding and experience of digital marketing communications and the elements of a marketing plan.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience of using Trello.
PLUS
- Understanding of the digital games F2P space would be an advantage.
- Understand pop culture. Must be able to channel one's inner nerd.
- A genuine passion for video games, digital media and their communities.
- Knowledge of Confluence, Tableau and JIRA.
- Experience working with global brands in a multicultural environment.
- Experience within the Game industry to ensure knowledge on policies, procedures and best practices.
