Led by Dead Space and Call of Duty franchise veteran Glen Schofield, a new AAA development studio has risen within the San Ramon Hills of the San Francisco Bay Area. Job Responsibilities
- Own the distribution and organization of cross-functional marketing materials, according to project requirements and schedules
- Manage team calendars with a lens of foresight for things to come
- Developing and adhering to schedules and deadlines to ensure timelines are met / aid tracking key initiative execution for marketing executions
- Creating and organizing marketing assets, presentation materials, and reports
- Assisting with logistical planning for marketing executions and social events
- Be an integral cross-functional point of contact helping to support Marketing, Community, and PR to improve the customer experience
- Tracking contract execution, project budgets, and change orders in coordination with senior staff members
- Planning, writing, editing, and designing proposals ranging from single-page letters to extensive RFP/RFQ responses
- Immediately be able to run with new processes that offset current manual inefficiencies as we plan for long-term automation
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Marketing Administrator or Coordinator role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience using Google docs
- Experience pulling/creating reports and organizing data and information for marketing presentations
- Ability to work independently, using good judgment, resourcefulness and the ability to sustain productivity under pressure
- Strong organization skills and a demonstrated ability to execute projects on time & work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Exceptional candidates will have...
- Experience at a startup
- Bilingual in Korean
- A passion for games and knowledge of the industry
