As a Marketing Cinematics Producer, you will be responsible for the scheduling, communication, and coordination of the Cinematic and Gameplay Capture teams on any given project. You will work with the Production Manager and Cinematics Director in keeping the team organized and operating in an efficient manner on all of their tasks. You will be a significant point of information for the team and will need to balance multiple projects, needs and objectives at one time and is responsible for various handoffs of assets to respective teams.

What does a Marketing Cinematics Producer at CIG do?
- Review weekly targets and schedule requirements with the Marketing Cinematics Director to ensure that all tasks are assigned and communicated clearly with the Cinematic Artists, Game Capture Artists and Animators in the team.
- Drive dailies sessions to ensure material is being produced efficiently, in accordance with the notes and direction of the project.
- Schedule, set agendas and drive meetings, compiling notes and disseminating relevant feedback and action points to that production progress remains clear, tracking and managing individual tasks for cinematics team and gameplay capture teams.
- Ensures the production database (ShotGrid) is kept is up to date with scheduling assignments, task delivery dates and accurate ETAs.
- Identify and escalate potential schedule delays to the production manager, strategizing with the Marketing Cinematics Director to find solutions to keep the project on track.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the game development teams so that artists are always aware of the latest assets and materials.
What do we expect from our Marketing Cinematics Producer:
- Experience working in creative production pipelines in Video, VFX Studios, Animation Houses, Game Production or Creative Agencies (or proven freelance experience in these areas)
- Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manner; excellent problem solver and ensures the job gets done
- Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented and a strong communicator
- Proactive & ‘can-do’ attitude who takes initiative to contribute effectively to the team
- Strong communication skills to help facilitate the constant flow of accurate information with relevant teams and stakeholders.
