The role
We’re currently looking for a campaign executive to join our small but mighty marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution of our marketing campaigns. In this role you will support the marketing team on a variety of activities, contributing and learning from more experienced team members as well as being able to manage your own projects. This role suits someone with a couple of years experience in marketing who is keen to continue to build their skills in a creative and collaborative environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Implement lead generation campaigns - you will have responsibility for all the elements of lead generation campaigns, from the creation of assets, audience creation and management, running experiments, optimisation and reporting.
- Together with the team define, design and run events that are aligned with global campaigns.
- Be the main expert user and advocate for our CRM systems, helping our business development teams use it consistently and get the best out of the systems.
- Create appropriate metric reports to help the marketing team and the business understand progress and areas for improvement.
Person specification:
- You will have a strong marketing foundation built via your university degree or work experience. Entry level roles at creative agencies would be ideal.
- You are organised and have strong project management skills, you are able to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels and projects.
- You have some experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce) and a strong desire to build on your technology skills.
- An understanding and appreciation for design, product development and technology is important.
- You will either have experience with Google Docs and Slides, Figma, Keynote or you have a strong aptitude to learn and quickly upskill.
Salary Band £30,000 - £36,000
