What We Need:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager in Japan, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for:

What You Will Do:

• Assist the Manager in the planning and execution of Marketing, PR and Social campaigns and events.
• Manage the media lists, 2K PR email, and communication/editorial calendars, distribute press release and/or email blast and prepare weekly coverage report.
• Assist in managing media’s inquires on all matters from product information, assets delivery, interview and preview request, etc.
• Assist in the logistics for events and press tours including setting up game demo to press, consumers and partners as required.
• Responsible for writing, editing and translating media materials such as press releases, asset packs and trailer scripts from Japanese to English
• Review Japanese translation provided by the agency before submission
• Translate event presentation and interviews
• Responsible for the Marketing/PR/Social assets management and approval process – download, save, and disseminate assets
• Submit edited/adapted assets to the Asia lead for approval prior to marketing/PR/social use
• Manage 2K Japan’s SNS channels/accounts and liaise with the Asia lead on social content requests and approvals
• Support the Manager and Associate Manager with any other general marketing, PR and social administrative duties
• Simple edit for marketing materials such as banners or trailers on Illustrator or Photoshop/Premium

Job Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Marketing/PR and SNS in FMCG, gaming, entertainment marketing or consumer lifestyle brands
• Experience in managing social media platforms and content calendar
• Good communication and media relationship skills for building relationship and liaising with media/press
• Strong native writing/creative skills in Japanese in order to create press release and asset packs < > spoken and written English to be able to translate materials, presentation, and interviews, also to do direct communication with Singapore headquarter
• Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign will be good
• Basic gaming skills – able to set up game system and play game
