As our new Marketing Assets Manager you will e nsure timely creative assets production and adequate availability, ensure pre-conditions for creative assets performance (and longevity). You will lead your team and ensure they have the support they need to get things done. You will also be the subject-matter expert in the organization with regards to everything related to creative assets for Marketing (mostly UA but also any other marketing activity).
Areas of Expertise
- Next Games assets KPIs and performance.
- Clear view and deep understanding of competition tactics and strategies: best practices, worst practices, upcoming innovation areas, trends and more.
- Production technicalities, processes, tools, skillset needs, resources allocation and prioritization as well as costs management, especially external vs internal allocations and headcount.
- Complete view on outsourcing practices, pool of potential partners and terms.
- Partners management, communications and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Establish and independently own the creative production process as a central hub serving all creative asset needs for Games Marketing.
- Own and manage resources allocation, no matter internal or external, including all related considerations (costs, headcount vs outsourcing partners) to ensure the most efficient production (quantity, quality, speed, cost).
- Manage the IP partner feedback and ensure smooth approval processes.
- Ensure the Marketing art team has all necessary infrastructure, feedback loops, access to content and tools needed to complete their tasks.
- Own creative briefs and all related meetings and communications.
- Engage all relevant stakeholders and communicate accordingly.
Team and Admin
- Responsible for budget forecasting and reporting.
- Lead and manage the Marketing Art team (designers, coordinators, agencies and freelancers).
Expertise and knowledge
- Provide creative performance analysis and recommendations on the next steps (e.g. leverage best practices, define new creatives’ direction, address specific issues, build upon successful assets and more) per product, genre and marketing channel.
- Own, organize and lead brainstorming and knowledge sharing sessions within the Marketing Art, UA, Marketing and Game teams.
Skills and Profile
- Independent with go-get attitude.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent understanding of creative asset production and all related infrastructure and interdependencies.
- Data-driven and KPI/goal-oriented leader.
- Good project/process management skills, including resources allocation.
- Creative, excited at the prospect of telling compelling stories while highlighting games’ features to create top-performing ads.
- Eager to work with designers, illustrators and artists.
- Good understanding of user acquisition, ASO and campaign optimization for all major channels (or ability to develop such understanding in a short period of time) is a must.
