Marketing Artist

Wargaming MS-1 studio is looking for a Marketing Artist to join an exciting new multiplayer hero shooter on Unreal Engine targeting worldwide mobile audience.

Senior Game Marketing Artist

As a core member of the Marketing Team you will have a direct impact on our games, performance and sales by creating outstanding assets such as: screenshots, icons, and banners for various digital platforms; Android and iOS store pages, social posts, advertising content, merchandising & presentations for business partnerships.

We are looking for someone who understands the notion of quality creatives with an awareness of the trends, practices and constraints of the mobile gaming market.

What will you do?

• Under the guidance of the Art Director, create brand-focused assets including Key Art, screenshots, posters, mock-ups, presentations, etc...
• Help craft the Brand Art Direction for external communication of our games
• Design inspiring art that raises the visual quality of our brands
• Use game editors to compose, frame and capture screenshots
• Pose and render existing 3D game assets
• Retouch, manipulate and perform basic paint-overs to suit the needs of each assignment
• Create digital visual package, including Store Assets (AppStore and Google Play)
• Maintain knowledge of digital media requirements for social platforms

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D & 2D design, ideally in the games industry, entertainment or creative agency
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance
• Strong experience in any major 3D packages - 3dsMax, Maya, Blender, etc...
• High level of creativity, and demonstrated ability to generate eye-catching and innovative visual designs
• Exceptional eye for composition, lighting, use of colors, layout, typography
• Organized and able to deliver consistent quality towards deadlines
• Ability to multitask and change from one project to another
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment, and within an iterative design process
• English both written and spoken is a must, additional languages a plus

What skills do you need to stand out?

• Strong portfolio showing relevant examples of your work
• Some knowledge of video editing with After Effects/ Premiere, or equivalent software
• Knowledge and passion for video games, movies, graphic novels, and other elements of pop culture
