Marketing Artist

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Artist with a strong interest to work in a data driven and performance oriented area of creative production.

You will join our Marketing Art team which is part of Next Games’ Growth Unit. We are primarily focused on scaling new and existing games through user acquisition along with branding initiatives. This requires a constant influx of new creative ideas and marketing assets that help us excite our audiences, ultimately converting them into players.

Responsibilities

• Produce videos and statics for marketing purposes across our portfolio of 2D and 3D mobile games
• Conceptualize new ideas in the form of scripts or storyboards
• Ensure brand guidelines and IPs are well implemented
• Actively participate in meetings to understand asset performance, discuss learnings and apply them in future assets
• Understand key points for success per channel/discipline to create best practice marketing assets
• Work together with UA managers, ASO specialists, marketing managers and other artists in the company to deliver best possible results
• Help improve creative workflows and tools within the team and offer support to overcome technical challenges

Requirements

• Core graphic design skill set (incl. practical experience in relevant software e.g. Adobe Photoshop)
• Advanced 2D motion graphics, animation and editing skill set for video production (incl. practical experience in relevant software e.g. Adobe After Effects and Premiere)
• 3D generalist skill set covering basic modelling, rigging, texturing, lighting and animation (incl. practical experience in relevant software e.g. Blender, 3ds Max, Maya)
• Basic understanding of Unity, practical experience is of an advantage
• Performance oriented mindset to constantly test new marketing assets, understand their performance and apply new learnings
• Experience in the field of UA and ASO to successfully produce marketing assets with a high chance to convert users
• Fundamental understanding of common social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
• Confident and effective in communication to concisely respond to stakeholder feedback, pitch ideas, provide relevant updates on your tasks, propose and describe solutions clearly etc.
• Proactive attitude to contribute to meetings, participate in brainstorms, do your own research, pull information when required, etc.
• Ability to perform market research to identify competitor assets and creative trends
• Accepting and very welcoming of feedback from various stakeholders to help improve on your work and career path
• Good time management skills, working towards tight deadlines, finding the most efficient solution to requests
