Marketing Artist

As a Marketing Artist, you will be responsible for creating high quality visuals for use in worldwide/internal marketing materials, and for taking part in the brand visual identity definition.

The Marketing Artist is a skilled graphic designer with the ability to create a broad array of marketing graphics across multiple video game titles simultaneously. Marketing Artist will be called on to create a wide range of assets such as banners, icons, and screenshots for various stores, social posts, advertising banners, presentations for business partnerships.

We are looking for someone who understands the notion of quality creatives in a performance marketing context and its focuses and constraints in the gaming sector. We work fast, so you'll need superior time management skills and be able to adapt quickly to changes and juggle overlapping deadlines.

Daily responsibilities:

• Participating in the brand visual identity definition / style guide creation and its application across all our assets;
• Providing post-process oversights for the marketing/PR assets;
• Creating a wide range of assets such as banners, icons, and screenshots for various stores, social posts, advertising banners, presentations for business partnerships;
• Creating promo art and illustrations - final touch and post process of raw renders, key visuals;
• Processing assets that were already created and producing a wide range of formats to various specifications (resizes, re-layouts, localisations);
• Working with light, textures, colours and composition;
• Retouching 2D and 3D images, and manipulating image composition;
• Working closely with Art Director, marketing and PR team member, dev teams at the beginning of the process to create an appealing concept;
• Cooperating with rendering artists and delivering renders matching the concept and the brief;
• Making sure that the final composition is correct and in line with the game’s style and quality;
• Creating a company newsletter.

Requirements:

• 5 years + experience in graphic design, mainly in marketing art design, ideally in the gaming sector;
• A good understanding of digital marketing practices & social media trends;
• Well experienced in the Adobe suite including Photoshop or similar and the ability to learn new programs;
• Advanced skills that allow you to work in autonomy, and make solid decisions concerning marketing asset creation;
• Fun and proactive team player and gamer;
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time and to follow organizational standards and creative briefs;
• A positive attitude and a high level of initiative. Eagerness to propose new solutions or new approaches to challenges and projects;
• An open mind. Gather and share feedback to learn, grow and build up experience;
• Ability to easily communicate in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Photography & Video Skills
• Experience in the Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience in game trailer production and gameplay capturing
• Experience in 3D modelling, UV Mapping and Texturing
