Marketing Artist

Job Description

The Marketing Artist supports the Dead by Daylight team as well as other games and the Marketing Teams in all areas of marketing asset production. The artist will be responsible for creating various types of visual assets to support the marketing and communication strategies, under the supervision of the Art Director and in collaboration with the other Marketing Artists.

Responsibilities:

• Screenshot and video production
  • Compose, capture and retouch game screenshots
  • Create poses of 3D models within the engine (Unreal editor) and Maya
  • Capture in-game footage and produce short clips featuring new content
  • Create simple overlays and inserts using Adobe After Effects
• Communication / Marketing asset creation
  • Creation of visual assets for in-game use (banners, store content)
  • Creation of visual content for Web and Social Media use, based on given design guidelines

Qualifications

• Excellent working knowledge with Adobe CC (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Proficiency in numerous 3D rendering pipelines
• Experience with motion design is a plus
• Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus
• Autonomous, good communicator and an excellent team player
• Solid base for traditional arts, including figurative drawing, landscape, and illustration
