Marketing Artist - Korea

The Marketing Artist plays a key role in the local design operations in Korea for Mistplay. The position’s primary objective is to create strong performing advertisements and marketing assets that engage with the Korean audience to help drive installs to our app and increase business value.
You will report to the Creative Lead and collaborate closely with the User Acquisition and local Korean business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Produce videos advertisements at a set delivery cadence that are performance-driven and optimize towards key metrics (including conversion rate, click through rate, IPM, and ROAS).
- Fully operate the creative pipeline for Korea marketing including creation of new unique ads, development of animated and static ads, and localization of global ads.
- Stay up to date on the latest local pop-culture trends, mobile ad best practices, and competitor insights to drive innovative concepts and brainstorming sessions.
- Actively collaborate with the UA team, the Creative Lead, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and aligned objectives.
- Assist with additional marketing design requests, including video and image content for social media, Google Play Store assets, and in-app game assets.
- Take direction from Creative Lead for project assignments, revisions, and workflow.
- Organize and maintain clean and transferable source files and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Versatile skill set including video editing, motion design, graphic design, and basic 3D.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere.
- A creative and analytical mindset that fuels your curiosity to test new ideas.
- Strong communication skills including knowledge of English.
- Experience in mobile games marketing is a plus.
