Unity Monetization Team, a division of Unity, builds advertising, in-game purchases promotions, and other personalized content delivery solutions and technologies used in hundreds of thousands of apps. Our Monetization team builds the technology infrastructure and serving systems that manage the delivery of relevant content to hundreds of millions of users every day.
As a Marketing Artist, you will create innovative ad unit creatives in different formats to showcase a variety of mobile games. You will be a part of a team that seeks to empower developers with the ability to successfully launch their games and earn a living.
Responsibilities
- Create, illustrate, and animate video, display, and/or playable advertisements for a variety of mobile games
- Work hand-in-hand with the business team to analyze what types of creatives perform optimally and at lowest cost
- Analyze and benchmark mobile ads in the market
Requirements
- Proven excellence using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator
- Strong marketing mindset and must be comfortable working closely with business/data teams to build ads with high engagement
- Willingness to iterate on work in order to drive incremental improvement in creative performance
- Experience with 2D-3D modelling and character animation
- Experience with Unity engine
Bonus Points
- Previous experience with successful mobile games and advertising
- 1 to 3 years of industry experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a graphic design, animation, media arts, or illustration
- Native level Chinese language skills (written & verbal)

Responsabilités
- Créer, illustrer et animer des vidéos, des affichages et/ou du contenu publicitaire intégré pour une variété de jeux mobiles
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe responsable de l’analyse des données des utilisateurs afin de déterminer les types de créations les plus efficaces et les moins coûteuses
- Analyser et comparer les publicités mobiles existantes sur le marché
Exigences
- Maîtrise des outils de la suite Adobe Creative Suite, notamment After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere et Illustrator
- Présente un esprit d’analyse marketing et une volonté de travailler en équipe afin de créer des publicités attrayantes et engageantes pour les utilisateurs
- Volonté d’itérer son travail afin d’améliorer progressive des performances créatives
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement, à travailler de façon autonome et à respecter les échéances prévues
Atouts
- Expérience antérieure dans le domaine du jeu vidéo et/ ou de la publicité sur mobile
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie
- Baccalauréat en conception graphique, animation, arts médiatiques ou illustration
- Maîtrise de la langue chinoise
- Expérience dans le domaine de l’animation de personnages et de la modélisation en 2D/3D
- Expérience avec l’engin Unity
