Marketing Art Outsourcing Coordinator

Job Description

As part of the Marketing Art Outsourcing team, you will work hand in hand with the Marketing Art Outsourcing managers and assist with projects/tasks, as per the games and marketing needs.

Specifically, you will handle localisation projects and briefs for our games, as well as small production briefs for both static and video art, such as video editing, localisation and culturalisation, resizing and re-formats, and any other tasks upon request. On top of that, you will check ads/files and store them as per the guidelines.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role in marketing within the gaming or advertising industry.
• You have experience managing several projects at the same time and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders: Marketing Artists, Art Outsourcing, Product, Localisation, Legal and of course, external partners.
• You are detail-oriented, extremely well organised and have an excellent knowledge of marketing materials requirements (style guide constraints, social platform constraints, localisation constraints).
• You have excellent communication skills in English.
• You have a creative mind and an eye for technical and qualitative aspects of art... either thanks to your background in art / advertising or thanks to your extensive experience.
• You are a gamer and are aware of gaming trends, especially the ones related to advertising.
