We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies through data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights to enhance user acquisition and the effectiveness of both performance and brand marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing marketing analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness
- Working closely with Performance and Brand Marketing teams and providing strategic insights based on data analysis
- Performing ad-hoc analyses to guide marketing decisions
- Examining marketing performance and user conversion data funnel to identify opportunities to improve ROI
- Working with external and internal data teams to enhance the attribution framework
- Analyzing TV advertising campaign's effectiveness, assessing differences in performance across markets
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within the gaming industry
- Excel expertise is required
- Familiarity with performance marketing measurement tools, such as Adjust or Appsflyer, is a plus
- Experience using other data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Looker, or similar software is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion and interest in games
- Understanding and appreciation of teamwork
