This is a remote position. You can work from anywhere in the world in the CET timezone (9 am - 6 pm CET).
About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who will join our team and help our product teams make the right decisions regarding user acquisition. Our future colleagues will help us understand the performance of our campaigns but also the behavior of our organic players.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes player data using database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.
- Evaluates players’ behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.
- Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
- Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results, and provides recommendations.
- Creates presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments.
- Advises other marketing functions as the knowledge owner for customer and market data.
- Advise clients or senior management on the best ways to use provided data.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in mobile marketing.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Good analytical and critical thinking.
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen.
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases, and MS Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods.
- Working knowledge of CRM programs.
- Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
