Role Overview:
PlayStation Global Store and Services Marketing are on a mission to become the engine of profitable growth that future proofs the PlayStation business for years to come. We will achieve this by providing personalised, relevant and inspiring marketing campaigns that add value for our Players and improve their gaming experience.
The Marketing Delivery Analyst, Global Store and Services is responsible for the successful delivery of all marketing campaigns across the PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Now and PlayStation Store businesses in Europe, and EOM regions as well as actively working towards global alignment with NA/LATAM/JAPAN and ASIA with relevant counterparts.
Reporting to the Group Manager, Global Store and Services Marketing Delivery, this is a key role in the new Global Marketing group, accountable for ensuring successful delivery of key marketing initiatives. The candidate will be experienced in campaign planning, audience management, and digital marketing execution.
This is an exciting time to join as we move into global ways of working and during the first 6 months, this role will also include providing support to the Content Lifecycle team within Store and Services Marketing working on digital toolkit and campaign delivery for specific key titles and services campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
The Marketing Analyst role will include, but not be exclusive to, the following responsibilities:
- Internal Communications: Responsible for best practice and knowledge communication across the organisation including setting up relevant processes and templates globally
- Lead Innovation, test & learn road map: Responsible for developing and delivering global innovation, test and learn roadmap across all marketing channels with outputs that can be scaled across territories for both global and local activation. Includes guideline development for new initiatives.
- Performance analysis and reporting: Responsible for integrating all marketing performance reports globally including media and business data working with relevant market development teams to provide actionable marketing insights. Structure and cadence to be defined in conjunction with Group Manager.
- Partner with the Design team in the cross-functional development of customer journeys through paid/owned/earned channels, across the full lifecycle of Store and Services engagement.
- Support the delivery of Global Quarterly Plans including briefing and budget management across all touch points
- Support CLM team Live Services titles campaigns from supporting asset creation and delivery to briefing and paid media management.
What we’re looking for:
The successful candidate will be comfortable with balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving and complex environment; have significant digital marketing expertise specifically on performance paid media (Search/retargeting/Dynamic Advertising); have experience using Wrike; and ideally have experience in a subscription or eCommerce-focussed role.
This role will require exceptional stakeholder management, prioritisation skills, and the ability to develop scalable marketing innovation for a multi-billion-dollar business.
Required Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level
- Proven years of marketing experience in a fast-moving data-led business
(entertainment/gaming/e-commerce)
- Experience in working in global / regional roles
- Proven expertise in digital media strategy and execution as well as omnichannel marketing
- Ability to work with Adobe Analytics and Wrike.
