The Digital Analytics and Monetization Group (DAMG) address the increasing need for Third-Party Relations (TPR) to make data-led decisions and build effective strategies with our partners. The Marketing Analytics vertical within DAMG is responsible for empowering our third-party partners as well as SIE's Global Partner Marketing team to optimize marketing activities through gameplay, monetization and BTL/ATL activations. This role will focus on improving the data retrieval process across all marketing channels, and developing dashboards to understand how multiple data sources can be used to coalesce data insights.
Responsibilities
- Querying and analyzing data to understand platform trends and audience's response to various media types
- Performing bespoke marketing analysis, benchmarking genre-level performance, and making actionable recommendations to help partners optimize game-level marketing activities
- Building reports and dashboards to deliver self-service data and at-a-glance insights to our internal stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with global data and marketing teams across SIE to measure and utilize attribution
Qualifications
- Projected to graduate in 2024
- Pursuing an undergraduate in marketing, business administration/management, computer science or communications
- A passion for, and familiarity with console/pc games with high level of intellectual curiosity about the industry as well as games marketing
- Understanding of marketing platforms/channels and relevant KPIs (click throughs, video completion, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
