About the company

Dubit is a market leading research and digital consultancy that works exclusively with kids and family brands around the world. Every day our research and our products lead to children becoming smarter or happier. Dubit’s clients include LEGO, Disney, Mattel, NHS, YouTube, NSPCC, Facebook and Cartoon Network - great brands that are always looking to innovate and learn more about their audiences.

They choose Dubit because of our 20 years of experience in kids research, and also because we are constantly using new and cutting-edge research methodologies to get to the heart of what young people think. Our global Trends survey is used the world over to predict new behaviours and attitudes, and we build on that with tons of in- house research to understand more about the future of play and childhood.

Due to continued growth we are seeking new members to join our team. If you’re passionate about working with children and young people, if you enjoy a varied workload and want to get involved with some of the most exciting kids’ brands, then this should be the job for you!

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced researcher and critical thinker who can design, plan and deliver exciting research solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

We’re a very hands-on team and believe that the best research is delivered when we are involved from start to finish on a project. Our people manage all elements of a project from proposal to debrief, so you would be involved with everything from drafting a recruitment screener, to writing a discussion guide or survey, moderating, analysis and reporting.

Ideally you will have experience of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, but we can be flexible on this - don’t be afraid to apply if you specialise in one or the other. Previous experience of kids research is a bonus, but not necessary. As long as you can demonstrate creative and critical thinking around a project, and are not scared by young people, you’ll be fine!

Currently we are all working from home, with the occasional day together to brainstorm around client projects. We are conducting research remotely so you would need to be happy with some evening and weekend work (we always aim to provide time off in lieu). Many of our clients are US based so once the world has returned to normal there would be some international travel involved, which we’d love you to take part in.
