Market Analyst – F2P Games

Job Description
The Market Analyst delivers analytical insights on the market to help game teams boost KPIs related to engagement & monetization. He/she will report to the Monetization Director and aims to assist in the company’s portfolio decisions by clearly communicating key market trends analyses and competitor benchmarks of game systems & Live Operations.
Your main challenges will include:
- Market insights: Keep the company updated on key market trends & benchmark new data sources
- Competitive benchmarks: Proactively study new game systems and asses their performance
- Internal consultant: Assist game teams with ad-hoc analyses and recommendations
- Company Strategy: Support key initiatives in the Product vertical with platform feature benchmarks
Qualifications
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Games/Online/Consulting, in analytical roles – Previous Game Analyst experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical & data modelling skills; and full proficiency of Excel/PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field; Master is a plus
- Complete fluency in English, both written and oral
Bonus Points
- Experience working on a live game operated as a service
- Basic knowledge of programming languages is an asset (SQL, Python, R, etc.)

- Passion for games on any platform, with a strong knowledge of F2P!
- Result-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Precise and highly organized
- At ease communicating results to key stakeholder
- Enjoys analysing large data sets & providing actionable insights
- Combine creative thinking with clear data-driven decisions
